Our team of therapists and support personnel in HGB’s Rehabilitation Services Department are excited about the opportunity to help you get back into life!

Whether you need rehabilitation services to get back to work, sports, or just daily activity, our physical, occupational, and speech therapists want to help you achieve your goals as quickly and safely as possible. A thorough evaluation will be followed by a treatment plan tailored to fit your specific needs and goals. Patient education and involvement are the top priorities throughout your course of care.

On-Site Services
HGB's staff includes therapists specializing in orthopedics, along with certified manual therapists and a certified hand therapist. We can help patients with a variety of issues:

  • Wound care
  • Isokinetic testing/rehab
  • Manipulation/Mobilization and Myofascial Release techniques
  • Transition to Wellness Center at the end of therapy, if appropriate
  • Incontinence Program
  • Hand, wrist and elbow fractures
  • Tendon and nerve injuries

ENCORE
If you have completed physical or occupational therapy and are wondering what to do next to preserve and enhance the progress you’ve made, ENCORE may be for you. It is a guided exercise program that will take you to the next level safely and effectively. Learn more.

Low Back Pain Center of Excellence
HGB's Rehabilitation Department is one of only four facilities in mid-Michigan designated as a Low Back Pain Center of Excellence by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

Community Involvement
You also might recognize our staff in the community, as we are involved in Charlotte High School sporting-event coverage, HGB diabetic educational classes and support-group meetings, on-site ergonomic job analysis, and our aquatics program.
