The Wellness Center is conveniently located on the lower level of the HGB Professional Building at 123 Lansing St., Charlotte. With physician offices upstairs, the HGB Professional Office Building offers a one-stop approach to a full continuum of care – preventing and treating injury and disease, improving health and fitness, and helping people lead healthier, happier lives.

At the Wellness Center, members are able to shape up and improve health in a safe, comfortable environment.

Hours:

Monday – Thursday     5:30 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday                           5:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Saturday                      7 a.m.-3 p.m.
Sunday                         10am-5 p.m.
