Charlotte Medical Group, a family medicine practice with Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital, is pleased to welcome Summer Clay as its new physician assistant.
Clay joined the practice Monday, May 8. She supports Kimberly Friar, M.D., (formerly Kimberly Johnson) and Erica Magers, M.D., and their patients.
Clay was most recently a physician assistant with DayOne Family Healthcare in Battle Creek, Mich. She earned her Master of Science degree in medicine at Western Michigan University, and her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. She is licensed by the State of Michigan as a physician assistant and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Clay is also a member of the Michigan Academy and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
“I am very excited to join Charlotte Medical Group,” Clay said. “I graduated from Charlotte schools and I look forward to supporting and serving the health care needs of my local community.” Clay resides in Charlotte and enjoys spending time with her family, especially participating in motor sports.
