HGB welcomes Patrick Salow as its new executive vice president

Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital is pleased to welcome Patrick Salow as its executive vice president of physician services and compliance.

Salow will oversee HGB physician practices, including Charlotte Medical Group and Family Care Specialists, as well as HGB’s Urgent Care and specialty clinics. He will also coordinate compliance and work with Chief Medical Officer Hugh Lindsey, M.D., on credentialing.

"Pat Salow is a great addition to our hospital family," said Matt Rush, FACHE, HGB president and CEO. "His extensive clinical background, as well as his expertise as a health care administrator and familiarity with the mid-Michigan communities’ health needs, will help further position HGB for future success."

Salow worked at McLaren-Greater Lansing for 30 years in executive, management and clinical roles; most recently as its chief operating officer. He earned both his bachelor’s degree in health studies and his Masters of Public Administration degree from Western Michigan University.

Salow is also a volunteer pilot with the Young Eagles program, which offers introductory flights at no charge to children ages 8-17.

"My healthcare career started in a small community hospital I am excited to return to that setting," Salow said.
