Provides support and performs a variety of secretarial/administrative tasks for department. Duties include developing and maintaining systems, preparing daily work schedules, typing forms/correspondence, preparing departmental documents and reports, assisting individuals in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, anticipating the needs of the patients and maintaining departmental records and files. Assumes responsibility for accurately gathering pertinent information and registering clinical patients. Assists in gathering patient preferences and responsible for providing experience-based service.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- CPR/BCLS required.
- Minimum 2 years related secretarial/administrative experience in a medical related field preferred.
